Join us for our 6th edition of VINEYARD+WINE+CHEF+ALBUM on Thursday, July 29th at 6pm PST. We’ll be “digging into the dirt”, so to speak, about one of our most important Estate blocks in Red Mtn. Vineyard. It is one of the main components of The Illusionist year in and year out. Of course, The Illusionist is our wine of the month that we’re breaking down, so make sure to crack a bottle (you pick the vintage, they’re ALL in outstanding condition, all the way back to 2007!).
For our restaurant partner, we are honored to partner up with 84 Yesler, located in downtown Seattle. Chef Shawn Applin has put together an incredible recipe for this episode, which you can find on our blog here. You’ll fall in love with his mushroom agnolotti with braised lamb sugo, black garlic, mint, and pistachio! Recipe can be found at the bottom of the page.
And Trey is doing a deep dive into “Sticky Fingers”, an all-time classic by The Rolling Stones. So much history about this album, and Trey has some great nuggets for you.
