Everyone asks Trey for music advice, and one question he often gets is "who are the hottest up and coming bands in the PNW"? Come to this show to find out! FIRES is Ty Willman (former Green Apple Quickstep singer) on vocals, Dave Place on bass, Regan Hägar on drums, Cody Davis guitars, and Alan Hunt, also on guitars. Straight up rock-n-roll fresh out of Ballard. You will want to be one of the few who can say "I was there" when they played their first live show post pandemic! They finished their debut album just recently. It kicks some serious ass.
Stereo Embers have developed an incredible local following. Through their songs, they pay homage to bands like The Who, The Faces, Big Star, and Cheap Trick. Their music is energetic, melodic, anthemic- much as the music it is influenced by was and still is. And Mike McCready of Pearl Jam loved these guys so much, he put one of their singles out on his very own Hockey Talker Records! “Stereo Embers are a great band. The song ‘Wrong Way’ is one I couldn’t stop listening to. Great chorus and killer songwriting. ‘Ways of the World’ is a perfect foil for it. Stereo Embers have been tearing up the new Seattle scene lately, and I love the interplay between Robb’s great vocals and Tim DiJulio’s smoking guitar leads. A proud release for HockyTalkter Records!” – Mike McCready (Pearl Jam)
So come out to support live music again! As always, the artist gets the door, so let's show some appreciation for all the work that these musicians have put in over the last 16 months!
