William McCarthy is a musician, writer, and visual artist based out of Brooklyn, New York. Formerly the primary songwriter for New York City bands Pela and Augustines, McCarthy is known for his captivating energetic shows and powerful voice.
Andrew Joslyn & The Passenger String Quartet is an experimental neo-classical group, formed by Northwest composer/violinist Andrew Joslyn. The group tours & performs original compositions, as well as backs a wide variety of regional, and national touring groups from Judy Collins, David Bazan, DJ Spooky, Suzanne Vega, to Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Ivan and Alyosha, Kris Orlowski, Doug Martsche, and many more.
Glass Heart String Choir-Ian Williams’ and Katie Mosehauer’s meticulous songwriting and production make up the centrifuge around which Glass Heart String Choir’s music spins. The roles have been established over ten years of collaboration: Ian writes the lyrics, assembling songs into rawbone skeletons. He sends them to Katie, who adds flavor and layering.
Glass Heart String Choir gorgeous EP, Light is lush and layered, playing with surging vocals over baroque musical sheets, weaving together intricate stories that express leveling doubt.
