All Hail Rose’
It’s that time of the year! Our 2021 Magician’s Assistant Rose’ is ready to go Don’t wait! We actually made less this year than last (due to reduced crop-loads), and we were sold out before June 1st last year. That means that you will want to get your order in for your yearly supply of this Cab Franc Rose’ goodness before it’s all gone!
Hailing from Blackrock Vineyard in the SE corner of the Yakima Valley, this 100% Cabernet Franc Rose’ saw zero skin contact, was fermented in our stainless-steel tank at around 60 degrees to maintain all those fruity esters and was then transferred over to neutral oak barrels and cold stabilized. This vintage seems to have some extra get-up-and-go. Terrific fruit (think red cherries and pomegranates) along with lip-smacking acidity. This rose’ is the perfect foil to your favorite charcuterie plate or summer salad.
