AT LAST! The Walla Walla Tasting Room has re-opened after our amazing remodel (see photo), and we are excited to safely see and serve our friends again! Now we are sprucing up the Magician’s Lair for our wine club members when they visit (book our 3 bedroom guest house by emailing Traci@sofhcellars.com) and we have some ROCKIN’ new releases to pour for you!

The Walla Walla Valley is awakening after what seems like a 12-month slumber. The Pandemic may have pushed travel plans back a bit, but with vaccinations happening, along with social distancing and mask-wearing measures still in place, we see the light at the end of the tunnel! Our good friend Andrae Bopp (our guest chef last month for VINEYARD+WINE+CHEF+ALBUM) recently opened his new restaurant, AK’s Mercado on Main St. here in Walla Walla, and judging by the lack of empty tables, people are eager to get out! Our “soft opening” of our tasting room on March 28/29 went very smoothly, and guests seem to love the new, wide open space. The sound system is pretty great too!

Our monthly VINEYARD+WINE+CHEF+ALBUM zoom tasting and album listening party will take place on April 28th (NOTE: that is a WED night this month). Get this on your calendar, and RSVP when the mid-month email goes out. We are going to welcome an incredible chef from Georgia, Nicolas Bour, who is the Executive Chef at Serenbe, and oversees The Farmhouse Restaurant (insert link for The Farmhouse and Serenbe here). We will be tasting the 2018 Levitation Syrah, and discussing Lewis Vineyard, one of our favorites! Finally, for our album, we are going to do a deep dive into one of Trey’s personal favorites, No Code by Pearl Jam. He’s sure to have a ton of information about this one!

We look forward to seeing all of you! Be safe and see you soon!
