2021: What's On Tap for Sleight of Hand Cellars
We are excited about 2021 and wanted to give you an advance peek of what's in store (at least, as much as our crystal ball will tell us). While the future is still a bit uncertain, we are hopeful that we will get to fully open up our tasting rooms, and we can get back to seeing everyone’s smiling faces!
The shutdown, and the quiet winter months, have allowed us to move forward with our exciting tasting room remodel. We are blowing out walls, making room for seated tastings, and classing the joint up a bit. While we have been in this location for 10 years now, our tasting room has proven that it is way too small for the amount of attention that we have received over the years.
The next time you visit you will be greeted with new floors, new paint, new sound system, and a completely new layout. We plan on offering seated tastings by appointment as well as welcoming walk in visitors. Our outdoor patio expansion will allow for more customers to enjoy the views of the Blue Mountains. We can’t wait to show it off!
Trey is working with our partners at Sub Pop Records for our very first vinyl pressing, exclusively for our Wine Illusionist club members and our friends at Easy Street Records. Trey and Matt Vaughn (owner of Easy Street) have forged a great friendship which has led to this great collaboration of curating these exclusive, limited edition pressings of some of their favorite artists.
Some of the bands may be new to you, and some of them will be classics that you recognize. But they will ALL be exclusively pressed just for us. As far as we know we are the only winery doing vinyl pressings for their members! If you are a club member and want to opt in for the vinyl club, make sure to email Trey@sofhcellars.com. If you’re not, this is a perfect excuse to finally pull the trigger and join! More info on this incredible project coming soon!
