Thank You!

Dear Friends of Sleight of Hand Cellars,

We are all witnessing an unprecedented (at least in our lifetimes) situation with the Covid 19 pandemic. It is often said that you discover your true friends during bad times, and if that is true, then we (and the entire SofH team) are truly blessed to have a fabulous collection of friends, who have reached out to check on us, and to support us with purchases during the past three months.

For our part, until this past week when the weather became problematic for shipping, we have run a series of deals with particularly good discounts in an effort to show our appreciation to our wonderful customers and to help provide support to those of us (and we are definitely included) who have been consuming more wine at home since we have been unable to go out to dinner.

The response has been tremendous, and it has allowed us to continue operating without having to make any employee changes. This is no small feat for a small, family-owned winery in today’s dire economic situation. So, to all of you who have ordered wine over the past three months and, especially, to our incredible wine club members, THANK YOU, from the bottom of our hearts.

We sincerely hope that you and your loved ones have weathered this storm, at least reasonably well, and that we will soon be enjoying each other’s company again (live and in person—rather than online), whether it is here in Walla Walla at the winery, at our SODO Tasting Room, or at a winemaker dinner or tasting event somewhere else in this country.
