2010 "The Black Circle" Scooteney Flats Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 1.5L
Only 300 magnums produced
The Black Circle is composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 3 different clones off of the Scooteney Flats Vineyard located in the Red Mtn. AVA of Washington State. These 3 lots were co-fermented in a 1.5 ton stainless steel vat, before being drained to 2 new French oak barrels. They were standout lots during the entire elevage proces and warranted a seperate bottling. We felt that a magnum was only appropriate, as the wine will prove to be immortal!
